- Is there a hybrid option for the event?
Most participants have said the in-person networking and learning are the most important aspects of the event. For this reason, we are not planning to live stream sessions for remote attendance. The one exception is for customers of A+W Software. With the GlassBuild USA meeting the week before in Atlanta, A+W's Converge sessions will be available via live stream. Contact your A+W rep for details.
- What is the cancellation policy?
In the unlikely event that Converge is cancelled, we will provide a full refund of your registration fee. If you have to cancel, please notify us via email by Sept. 3rd for a full refund. Cancellations received by Sept. 10th will receive a 50% refund. After that date we are unable to provide refunds due to the financial commitments we have made to the hotel, offsite event, and other vendors. Please contact the airlines and hotel directly if you need to cancel those reservations. Our event hotel allows for cancellations up to three days prior to check-in.
- How do I register?
Registration is open now. Simply complete the form and submit it with your payment method of choice.
- What's on the Agenda?
The current Agenda is posted here (see top menu bar) and subject to change as additional sessions are added. Be sure to use the "filter by" drop-down to see those sessions relevant to the software you use.
- Are there special hotel rates?
Yes! We have a block of rooms at the event hotel. Be sure to register through our event link to get the best rates and our guest extras. The hotel block guarantee ends Aug. 27th. If you cannot get a room in our block after that date, please contact your representative, as we may be able to assist you.
- How can I send a suggestion to the event organizers?

- Are there any sponsorship opportunities?

- Is there a dress code?
Please dress business casual for all indoor meetings. No swimsuits please.
