  • When will registration open?

    Early-bird registration is now open! Save $300 per person by registering now. This discount ends Feb. 28, 2023.

  • How can I send a suggestion to the event organizers?

    Please send your ideas to or use the contact form at the bottom of the home page.

  • Are there any sponsorship opportunities?

    Yes, sponsorship information for Converge 23 is now available to download from the Home or Sponsorship pages of this website. Exhibiting sponsors may also secure a space at the event by registering online now.

  • What are the event dates?

    Converge kicks off with a welcome reception in the evening on Sunday, April 30th and wraps up prior to lunch on Wednesday, May 3rd, 2023.

  • What will be on the agenda?

    The preliminary agendas are now online. From the agenda tab, click on the button marked Filter By. Then click on Dates. From the drop-down, select Tracks to see the events for everyone and the sessions specific to your software.

  • What is the dress code?

    Business casual for all indoor meetings and event sessions. Weather-permitting, shorts and sandals for when you are outside.

  • Will there be a hybrid option?

    Most participants have said that in-person networking and learning are the most important aspects of the event. For this reason, we are not currently planning to live stream any sessions for remote attendance.

  • Where is the next (2025) Converge?

    We have not selected a location yet. Attendees are asked for their suggestions and recommendations at every meeting.

  • Are there special hotel rates?

    Yes! We have a block of rooms at the event hotel. Be sure to register through our event link to get the best rates and our guest extras.

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    Cancellations received by March 20th will receive a full refund less any credit card charges that we incur. Cancellations by April 3rd will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations by April 17th will receive a 25% refund. After that date we are unable to provide refunds due to the financial commitments we have made to the hotel, offsite event venue, and other vendors. Please contact your airline and the hotel directly if you need to cancel those reservations. Our event hotel allows for cancellations up to three days prior to check-in.
